The spicy seafood is a Peruvian preparation, this recipe varies depending on the ingredients used, it can be prepared with pork, fish or shellfish as in this case. Ingredients to make Spicy seafood:

 10 units of Prawns

 150 grams of Octopus

 100 grams of Squid rings

 5 units of red tomatoes

 100 grams of Red pepper

 100 grams of red onion

 2 units of Garlic

 1 jet of Tabasco chili pepper

 1 pinch of ground chilli

 100 grams of Peas

 1 pinch of salt

 1 pinch of Pepper

 1 dash of olive oil

 1 dessert spoon of sugar

How to make Spicy seafood:

Before making this recipe, the first step is to get all the ingredients ready.

To make the tomato sauce, blend these until you get a homogeneous mixture. Then add the onion, red pepper, garlic and blend the whole again.

Add the sauce to a pot with oil and cook over low heat for 10 minutes. Add the sugar to regulate the acidity of the tomato.

Next, add the peas and continue cooking over low heat for 5 more minutes. Season the sauce.

Finally add the seasoned seafood along with the Tabasco pepper and the ground chilli. Cook over low heat for 10 more minutes and adjust the flavor with salt and pepper if necessary.

Serve the spicy seafood and enjoy. You can accompany this Peruvian dish with white rice or roasted potatoes. And since there is no better to calm the spiciness than milk, we recommend you try the yogurt smoothie with oatmeal.
