Sparkling pisco sour

Sparkling pisco sour

Surely you already know the famous pisco sour cocktail, and although we do not want to enter into discussions between whether the best is the Peruvian or the Chilean, what if we want you to know is that you can prepare easily and quickly and exquisite sparkling pisco sour.

The trick is in the egg whites, so take a look at this simple recipe and enjoy a unique drink with your friends.

Ingredients to make sparkling Pisco sour:

 3 cups of Pisco

 1 cup of lemon juice

 1 cup of syrup

 2 units of Egg whites

 12 ice cubes

 Angosturo Bitter Drops

How to make sparkling Pisco sour:

Shake in a shaker or blend the pisco with the gum syrup. Then add the lemon juice and mix well.

Gum syrup is nothing more than homemade sugar syrup.

Add the crushed ice and, finally, the egg whites to give it that touch of foam. Blend well, until the white is foamy and serve in small glasses.

The secret to get a sparkling pisco is to add the egg whites at the end, it doesn't matter if you don't do it in a blender, but remember to shake well if you do it in a traditional shaker.

When serving, add a few drops of Angostura bitters to taste and you're done. You already have your sparkling pisco sour.

And if you want to try other "sour" cocktails you can try the whiskey sour or the famous amaretto sour, both are great.
