Put the eggs, milk, butter or margarine and corn in a blender and beat very well. Then add the remaining ingredients and beat until combined.
Place the corn cake batter on a greased oven tray or baking sheet and bake in a preheated oven at 180ºC for 30-40 minutes.
Your baked mush cake is ready! Let it cool a little before cutting and enjoy this traditional cake.
